We prefer to tailor our rates to your needs rather than offering a standard hourly rate. We understand that every business and every building has specific needs and we want to offer competitive rates tailored to those needs, so that you don’t pay for unnecessary services.

We provide a contract to our customers, but unlike our competitors, we do not commit them to a long-term or fixed-term contract. You are free to cancel the contract at any time, without any obligation.
